SHIPPING- Shipping & Handling

Domestic & International

Ordering processing time is 1 Business Day if placed before 5PM CST on Friday. After payment has been processed you will receive a verification email containing your tracking number. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update so keep an eye on tracking link.

US Priority Shipping Domestic:

Receive your order in 1-4 business days (including Saturday) depending on location. Packages will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. You will be emailed a tracking number once package is shipped. If you do not receive your tracking number after 2 business days, please check your junk/spam folder. If you still have not received a tracking number, please feel free to contact us by phone or email. Orders placed from Friday after 5PM CST-Sunday will not get shipped out until the following business day.

Overnight Delivery:

Receive your order on the next business day (US Only) packages will be shipped the same business day once order is placed by 1PM Central Standard Time. For more options for a rush delivery question please email: We also have 2-Day Shipping option available for expediting as well.

Local Pickup Available for St. Louis, MO residents only

For local (Saint Louis, MO) customers you may choose our Free Local Pickup option. All items are 100% on hand and available for same day pickup. Once your order is received we will contact you to plan the best time for pickup at your convenience and will provide you with location. All customers can specify shipping preferences prior to submitting their orders. The Exchange/Return Policy applies to local pickup orders as well.


If your packages have been confirmed via USPS delivered and you not receive it, you must file a claim with USPS as we are not responsible for lost or STOLEN packages.

Once you file a claim with USPS the driver on your route will investigate to ensure it was not accidentally delivered to the wrong address which is that case majority of the time.

We highly recommend that you select special pickup/delivery options once tracking information is received if you have a history of missing packages that way a person at your address must collect your package eliminating the possibility of it being stolen.

If you decide to file a claim through PayPal, your tracking number is automatically uploaded which will state your package was indeed delivered. Under no circumstances will we resend or refund your order once dropped off at USPS.


All sale items are final sale. Please contact us via email with any questions before purchasing. Please do not ship back your order before reviewing qualifications for a return/exchange with us via email or phone? Refusal of paying for shipping cost will result in a hold over the items. Please take our Return & Exchange Policy into consideration before sending your returns. The Shoe Sale category on our site includes final sale items, as well as any items with a marked down price.

If your item does not fit, we will gladly exchange it for a different size. You must ship item back within 5 business days after receiving it to the Munroe Shoetique Returns address that will be provided after notifying us via email. In the package you must include a note with your order number and size needed. If your required size is no longer available, you may request a different style or store credit. Customers are responsible for ALL SHIPPING FEES and will be emailed a PayPal invoice for the new shipping cost for the replacement item.

If you paid regular price for your item and do not see any other style from our selection you would exchange for you can received a full refund or store credit. You must contact us and ship the item back within 5 business days after receiving it. You will be responsible for all shipping fees during this process as well.


We have 3 ordering methods that you can choose from: Internet, Phone or at Events and Showcases you may try on any style on hand and make an order in person. We accept both Cash and Card. We allow one coupon code per purchase online only. We reserve the right to end any promotions at any time.
