Q. Why can’t I enter 2 Promo Codes at checkout?

Help!!! I placed an order last night and I haven’t received my tracking info?
After payment has been processed you will receive a verification email containing your tracking number. If you do not receive your tracking number after 2 business days, please check your junk/spam folder. If you still have not received a tracking number, please feel free to contact us by phone or email. Orders placed from Friday after 5PM CST-Sunday will not get shipped out until the following business day.
Q. I placed an order over the weekend; I did not receive a confirmation email or a tracking number.

Tracking information will be sent via email. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update so keep an eye on tracking link. If you still have not received your tracking or confirmation via email within 2 business days contacts us.
Q. What is the best shipping option I can choose, if I absolutely need my order tomorrow morning?
We have 2 options for expediting: Overnight Shipping or 2-Day Shipping. With the Standard Shipping option your order will be shipped the same day payment clear and delivered via USPS within 1-4 business days (including Saturday) depending on location.
For local (Saint Louis, MO) customers you may choose our Free Local Pickup option. All items are 100% on hand and available for same day pickup. All customers have the opportunity to specify shipping preferences prior to submitting their orders.
Q. I paid regular price for my item; can I exchange them if they do not fit?
Yes, if you would like to exchange the item for a different color or different size call or email us.
Q. Can I get a refund on SALE items?
No, as it states on our Return & Exchange Policy SALE items are final sale. We will not offer exchanges, store credit, or refund on SALE items.
Q. I did not know I ordered on sale item, so I sent them back.
As it states in our Return Policy, you are subject to a reship fee because sale items are final sale. Refusal of paying for shipping cost will result in a hold over the items. Please take our Return & Exchange Policy into consideration before sending your returns.

The Sale category on our site is Final Sale items, as well as any items with a marked down price.
Q. Can I make an order in person OR over the phone? Yes, we have 3 ordering methods that you can choose from: Internet, Phone or Cash on Delivery. Addition, at VIP Events and Showcases you may make an order in person.
Cash On Delivery (COD)!!! This new payment option allows you to pay cash upon delivery in just 3 easy steps.

If you need to reschedule payment and pickup please contact us at your earliest to avoid order cancellations. If your COD order is cancelled due to improper communication you will be asked to make all future payments online before delivery again.
